針對我國漁民遭菲律賓公務船射擊一事，外交部亞太司司長何登煌表示，若期限後，菲國無法給我國一個滿意的交代，外交部不排除用更激烈手段，向菲國表示抗議。外交部將結合軍事、經貿、勞工、觀光等有關部門，一起為台灣主權向菲國施壓，直到對方道歉為止。
