墾丁悠活麗緻渡假村「未環評先營運」，環保署與內政部定調全區應環評，由屏東縣政府認定。環保署長沈世宏今天表示，「靜觀其變」，中央該做的事情都做了，該說的也說了，剩下是屏東縣政府該如何去認定。

沈世宏認為，此案監察委員已介入調查，社會大眾也持續關注，應該不至於不了了之。若認定違法，環署要追討多少不法利得？據了解，環署假設悠活每年盈餘約5、6000萬元，若從95年違法營業至今，推估不法利得約3、4億元，將函釋屏縣府「參考」。
