震驚社會的醃頭分屍案，被列為兇嫌收押的陳佳富9日羈押期期滿，檢方9日對法院聲請延押，今天法院裁定延押2個月，解除禁見通信。

陳佳富涉嫌為謀保險金殺害妹妹陳婉婷，還將妹妹的頭顱南下嘉義棄屍，但他始終否認犯案，堅稱「不知情」。法院今裁定自18日起延押2個月，解除禁見通信。

嘉義地方法院發言人林坤志表示，陳嫌所犯殺人罪，最輕本刑為5年以上有期徒刑之重罪，且被告羈押原因仍存在，有延押必要。但合議庭認為，檢方未能提出具體事證證明陳嫌有勾串證人或有共犯湮滅證據之虞，因此解除禁見通信。
