日本計畫將英語教學　提前到小學四年級開始

為了面對經濟全球化的發展趨勢，日本政府計畫「從娃娃開始」培養跨國人才，計畫擴大小學英語教學範圍，從小學四年級開始就實施英語教學。

根據《讀賣新聞》的報導，「政府教育振興執行會議」將在本月底前向首相安倍晉三提交這個提案，具體的制度設計將委託給「中央教育審議會」執行，計畫將目前日本小學5、6年級一星期一次的必修科目「外語活動」改為正式學科，確保由專業教師任敎，並計畫從低學年開始普及英語教學。
