立院初審 增訂防落跑條款

立法院司法及法制委員會今日下午初審通過刑事訴訟法部分條文修正草案，多項條文保留送院會協商。有鑒於被告在判決確定後「落跑」，初審通過版本增訂「防落跑條款」，只要受死刑、無期徒刑或三年以上有期徒刑，檢察官可以進行拘提，並得限制出境與出海。
