總統府網管漏洞 府方寄出幽靈病毒信

菲律賓漁政船攻擊我國漁船，引發台菲兩國紛爭，兩國政府網站都遭到網路駭客攻擊。在此敏感時刻，包括立委國會辦公室在內，不少單位接到署名來自「總統府相片管理系統」的幽靈電子信件，懷疑可能是病毒信。據立委王進士助理表示，電子郵件內容與平常無異，但詢問總統府後，確認府方並未寄出此信件。
