土增稅變多 短線交易減少有關

(中央社記者吳佳穎台北11日電)財政部表示，今年5月土地增值稅件數達7萬1612件，創有記錄以來歷年同月新高。房仲業者分析，除了房市交易熱絡，因奢侈稅減少短進短出，改採跨年度的交易也有關係。

住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨說，土增稅表現好，除了今年1到5月的房市交易量比去年同期增長；奢侈稅實施以來，不少短進短出的投資客改採跨年度交易，讓土增稅較容易被徵收到。

另外，徐佳馨說，土地公告現值每年都在調漲，內政部希望民國104年調漲到市場現值的9成，也是土增稅增加的原因。1020611
