馬英九：台菲要對等　白紙黑字寫清楚

為廣大興漁船血案赴菲律賓的我方調查團昨無功而回，法務部雖表示仍與菲保持磋商，不過為防菲反覆使我方受辱情事重演，馬英九總統昨在國安高層會議裁示，調查團如要再次赴菲，必須等菲國準備好，未來雙方合作調查，須以「對等」為原則，且白紙黑字詳載調查事項。

此外，菲方若要來台訪談受害人家屬，查驗漁船，也須同意我方訊問菲國涉案人、勘驗公務船及槍枝。
