今天上午花蓮縣吉安村2百多位村民，齊聚在吉興二街一棟透天民宅前，抗議屋主未告知，就將頂樓租借給4家電信業者設立基地台，村民手持抗議標語在附近巷弄遊行並高喊：「我要健康，不要基地台」。

村民自救會長黃明玉表示，吉安村週邊電信收訊良好，無須增設基地台，且該名趙姓屋主人住外地卻將空屋租人放置基地台，其心可議。自救會已報請縣府相關單位拆除基地台外圍違建，若屋主無善意回應，將持續抗爭。
