胖哥減肥體態愈減愈糟　有如米其林娃娃

曾經是全球最肥男人的英國52歲男子梅森，透過胃繞道手術，3年內成功將體重減掉三分之一，由原來約444公斤，減至292公斤，不過他並沒有因此而變得輕盈，因為減肥後皮膚開始鬆馳，形成皺摺，並不斷下墬，讓他苦不堪言。

梅森表示，肚子和大腿的厚皮像要裂開般，令他感到劇痛難奈，由於自己無法支付約6萬英鎊(約台幣273萬元)的手術費，而院方也拒絕為他進行切皮手術，他選擇孤注一擲：拍下自己的裸照，希望引起外界關注，並希望院方盡快為他進行切皮手術。

不過醫生表示，要等梅森的體重，維持穩定後最少兩年，才考慮為他進行切皮手術，否則一旦復胖，問題更多。
