總統痛批菲對漁民開槍不文明

我作業中的漁船遭菲律賓漁政船射擊，漁民洪石成傷重身亡。馬英九總統上午在高雄強烈譴責菲國公務船對我沒有武裝的漁民射擊「共開34槍之多」，是一種「非常不文明的行為」；我已向菲方表達強烈憤怒、嚴重抗議並予譴責，要求菲政府儘快查明真相、道歉、懲兇、賠償，並保證類似情況不再發生。

總統並重話強調，此事「一定要查出一個結果、辦出一個結果，否則我們不會干休！」
