4男1少女搞仙人跳　假調解勒索300萬

一名黃姓男子（36歲）以談生意為由，邀請30歲張姓被害人，到蘆竹鄉一家釣蝦場，另一名張男（19歲）佯稱馬伕，介紹16歲林姓少女（少年法庭裁定保護管束中）與被害人性交後，同夥李男（24歲）趕來，指責被害人性侵少女，並通知孫男（26歲）等人前來，還揚言提告，隨後就藉口帶少女到醫院驗傷而離開。
 
被害人不知所措，黃男則假好心居間調解，被害人同意給付80萬元，但孫男不同意，要求300萬元，被害人不得已，找王姓友人前來協助籌款，經王男暗中報警，警方循線查獲送辦，桃園地檢署依恐嚇取財罪將黃男等人提起公訴。
