「有前科」狗狗咬傷鄰婦　母女飼主傷害罪起訴

苗栗竹南鎮陳姓婦人（65歲）與女兒（41歲）飼養2隻黃狗，卻未善盡管理義務，有多次追逐、咬傷路人和鄰居不良記錄；去年8月22日深夜，距離陳家有20公尺的邱姓婦人抱狗在路旁乘涼，兩隻黃狗突然衝向邱，撲咬邱左手臂導致血流如注，幸好邱的先生聞聲拿掃帚趕走送醫。
 
由於被告不肯和解，檢察官根據里長、動物防疫所證詞，今天依傷害罪嫌將母女起訴。
