丁小芹去年和「月之海」吉他手SUGIZO分手，隨即和小她1歲的醫美公司社長陷入熱戀，她墜入愛河後五官變的更立體，胸部也升級，再加上大眼和中分的大波浪髮型，撞臉王思佳。

今出刊的《壹週刊》報導，丁小芹否認整形，表示前陣子一天只吃一餐，瘦到只剩43公斤，臉才會變更立體；至於胸部是因為服用豐胸錠1年，因此從B奶升級到C奶，體重較胖時還能變D奶。
