陸行賄新招　「禮品冊」自挑

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】中國國家主席習近致力打擊奢靡，但似乎成效不彰，一種「禮品冊」近日大行其道，成了變相的行賄工具。

所謂禮品冊就是禮品目錄，冊子價位從約500元至1萬元台幣不等，送禮方買了禮品冊寄給收禮方，收禮方再透過冊子內的密碼，從中挑選一款禮品，由宅配寄到府，迂迴收禮。

以1萬元冊子為例，禮品包括XO洋酒、高球桿、攝影機等，業者透露：「很多機關單位、國企都幾十萬元的買。」網友諷刺：「公務員創造力非凡啊，為了貪腐什麼招都有！」
