尾隨弱女摀嘴強摟　色狼：我想吻她

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市38歲邱姓男子今年10月1日上午11時許，尾隨1名穿窄裙套裝的20多歲女子走進樓梯間，將女方推倒摀嘴強摟壓胸，女方掙脫尖叫呼救，邱男落荒而逃，被捕僅坦承：「我想吻她。」但否認碰胸。新北地檢署今起訴邱男涉犯性騷擾罪嫌，最重判2年。

遇襲女子女子當時要去應徵工作，渾然不知被跟蹤，發現走錯地點回身下樓，被邱男一把推倒跌坐階梯。邱男接著左手摀住女方嘴巴、右手環抱女方背部往自己身上壓，藉此碰觸女方胸部，還把女方推靠牆角意圖不軌。

女方奮力推開邱男左手尖叫呼救，邱男趕緊罷手衝下樓騎機車逃走，被監視器拍到車禍而被逮。

邱姓男子強摟，被害人嚇得驚聲大叫。
