餵毒原住民盜牛樟木　毒蟲起訴

劉姓販毒慣犯（50歲、在押）見牛樟段木黑市價格飆漲，涉嫌引誘苗栗縣泰安鄉約10名原住民吸毒後，再誘使原住民盜代牛樟木、肖楠等珍貴林木變賣，劉再以高價銷贓給各地中盤商，檢警去年8月循線查獲，毒品案部份月前起訴，今天以違反森林法，將劉嫌和盜代、非法收購的中盤商等14人起訴。
